BrokerPro Releases Version 4.6

We are pleased to announce an update that includes many new features! Please read below for a more detailed explanation of the changes.

BrokerPro Version 4.6.0

• GeoLocation Now Publicly Available!
  • Active Loads Map - Visualize active and open loads on a live, searchable map that makes it easy to track drivers, find carriers for open loads, and send bid requests.
    • Nearby Carriers - Loads with a Carrier delivering nearby will stand out. Clicking on the icon will display a list of all nearby carriers ranked by 12 different factors! Internal lane rates are included along with an email bid request button.
    • Weather - Weather radar is also visible on the map, allowing one to see if an area is currently being impacted by severe weather.
    • On Time / Late with MacroPoint & TextLocate - Accounts with one of these integrations will be able to see where their drivers are and if they are on time/late with color-coded icons.
    • Route Planner - Efficiently plan multi-drop loads with our new Route Planner. Users can download the route plan as a PDF, or create a load with the route plan attached.
  • Location Autocomplete / Search - Any Company field can now be used as a search engine to find any address.
  • Mileage Calculator - Mileage can now be calculated for any load with the click of a button.
  • Pricing & Free Trial - Pricing for GeoLocation will be in line with our other features ($40+$30 Add’l). All accounts are eligible for a 1 month free trial that will begin when the feature is enabled.
• Dynamic Integrations
  • Push Data - We are now offering customized integrations (starting at $350/ea) that will allow your data to be sent to any other cloud-based platform.
  • Load, Customer, and Carrier - These are the data types that can currently be pushed using Dynamic Integrations.
  • Custom Mapping - The data can be mapped according to the specification required by the recipient.
  • Filtering - Data can be filtered as required, so that only the information you need to share will be sent.
• TriumphPay Payments
  • Data Sync - Sync your Load, Carrier, and relevant Customer data with TriumphPay
  • Payables Sync - TriumphPay will be notified any time a carrier invoice is received and recorded in BrokerPro.
  • A/P Automation - When Carriers are paid, the payments are automatically recorded in BrokerPro and can be exported to QuickBooks.
• Parade
  • Data Sync - Sync your Carrier and open Load data with Parade so interested carriers can find and book your loads.
  • Book it Now - When a load is booked, the dispatching process is automatically executed from BrokerPro including adding rates, entering carrier dispatcher, and sending the rate con.
• CargoChief
  • Data Sync - Sync your Carrier and open Load data with CargoChief so interested carriers can find and book your loads.
• RMIS
  • Invitation - Utilize the RMIS invitation API to send invitation to carriers that wish to onboard.
  • Documents - The RMIS integration now downloads relevant documents from RMIS once the onboarding process is complete.
• LTL for Customers (Banyan Only)
  • Limited Access - An LTL-Only user can be created that allows a user very limited access to BrokerPro and hides most pricing information. These credentials can be provided to customers to enable them to Build, Quote, and Book LTL shipments. These users are billed at the same rate as WebTrack users.
  • Quoting - Once logged in, LTL-Only users can only create and access Loads created by them and request Quick Quotes.
  • Booking - Once a load has been created and quoted, LTL-Only users can book a carrier for the load.
• Performance Improvements
  • Faster - We are proud to announce that this release will be the fastest and most efficient version of BrokerPro to date! We anticipate that it will be 20-50% faster than BrokerPro 4.5.0, depending on the page.
  • Better for Mobile - We have redesigned the look on Mobile Devices to make it much more usable, especially when navigating using the menu bar. We hope this helps for people using BrokerPro on the go.
• Internal Rate History
  • Appears on More Loads - We have removed the Trailer Size consideration from Internal Rate History, which will allow it to return results much more frequently. (This feature is only available to users with the Infinity Posting Service (IPS) Feature.)
