Users


The number of users that can be created for your BrokerPro account. The first user costs $150 a month. Each additional user costs $40 a month.


Features


BrokerPro's Document Manager module costs $40 a month for a single user and $30 a month for each additional user. If this feature is enabled users can attach arbitrary documents to loads in the system.



EDI 204 Load Tender - One time setup fee of $1450.
$75 a month for each trading partner/shipper.



EDI 210 Invoice - One time setup fee of $950.
$75 a month for each trading partner/shipper.



EDI 214 Status Update - One time setup fee of $950.
$75 a month for each trading partner/shipper.



BrokerPro's GeoLocation module costs $40 a month for a single a user and $30 a month for each additional user.



BrokerPro's Infinity Posting Service (IPS) module costs $40 a month for a single a user and $30 a month for each additional user.



BrokerPro's PTL module costs $40 a month for a single a user and $30 a month for each additional user. If this feature is enabled, partial orders with multiple customers can be consolidated into one load.



The SMS/Text Messaging feature costs $0.10 per message, with a minimum of $5.00 per month. (Please note that an SMS text message has a maximum of 160 characters.)



Our WebTrack Customer/Carrier Portal makes sharing information with your customers a breeze and allows your carriers to place bids for your available loads. From WebTrack, customers can view their loads, invoices, POD's, and much more. Carriers can bid on loads, add their available equipment, and view/download the agreement they have with you. WebTrack starts at $75 per month for up to 5 WebTrack Users. Additional users can be added at $10 per month per WebTrack User. One-time activation fee of $550

Integration with either Quick Books Online or QuickBooks Pro/Premier/Enterprise using QuickBooks Web Connector (QBWC) costs $30 a month. One-time setup of $450. Syncs your BrokerPro account with your CoA in QuickBooks. Creates your customer and carrier profiles in QB, updates any edits made, sends over customer invoices, carrier freight bills, any changes made to an invoice or bill in BrokerPro, customer receipts and carrier settlements. Also includes driver advances.



TriumphPay Audit Integration - One time setup fee of $450.



Docusign Integration - One time setup fee of $250.



SignRequest Integration - One time setup fee of $250.
