Infinity Software Solutions was founded in 2000 with the singular purpose of creating software for and by freight brokers. Our founder, Joe McAlpin, was a part of the freight world at a young age.

With his knowledge of freight, he founded Infinity Software Solutions and built BrokerPlus -- an on-premise application that allowed freight brokers to efficiently and effectively book loads, onboard carriers, and bill shippers.

In 2015, Infinity Software Solutions launched BrokerPro -- the cloud-based version of BrokerPlus. This software allowed customers to more seamlessly connect with other applications and, more importantly, made it easier for the company to quickly react to the fast-moving freight world. In its 9th year of existence, BrokerPro boasts moving millions of loads through its systems while its customers enjoy moving 34% more loads than before they started using BrokerPro.

Secured 1000th Customer

Introduced EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to the platform.

Launched BrokerPro

Launched WebTrack, one of the first customer and carrier portals in the industry.

Began BrokerPlus Re-write

First line of code written for our new cloud-based TMS, BrokerPro.

Launched BrokerPro

Introduced BrokerPro at the TIA Capital Ideas Conference in Orlando, FL.

Released Infinity Posting Service (IPS)

Customers were now able to post loads to multiple load boards via our integrations with DAT, Truckstop & PostEverywhere.

Launched GeoLocation

Geolocation services allows customers to easily make location-based decisions for their freight.

Launched BrokerPro 5.0

The new release features an entirely new, streamlined interface that automates common, repetitive actities faced by freight brokers.

From development to sales to customer success, our team is singularly focused on doing the right thing for our customers. Too many TMS vendors provide poor customer service. Their support is terrible, and their sales team make promises that can't be delivered. We don't do that. We believe that working with our customers to identify the best solution to problems makes our software better -- and benefits all of our customers. It's a network effect of freight broker knowledge.
