Introduction

Spartan Logistics was formed in 2013 as an in-house transportation provider for a Chicago-based food distributor. The TMS Conundrum

In early 2019, Spartan Logistics had a choice to make. The company was growing rapidly. They were adding new customers and employees, but their Transportation Management System (TMS) was holding them back.
