Jamie Puckett Promoted to VP of Technology
We are thrilled to announce that our long-time technology lead, Jamie Puckett, has been promoted to be our new Vice President of Technology. Over the past 6 years, Jamie’s passion to serve customers has driven him to create systems and processes that ensure issues are resolved quickly and customer-driven development occurs within our software. With Jamie at the helm, we will continue to deliver the freight industry’s next generation of tools that help our customers grow their businesses.
We are in the final stages of testing our next round of updates with a planned launch the second week of July.
Some of the exciting new features you’ll get to experience are:
Document search within Customer/Carrier Profiles
System-wide tagging
Branch-specific reporting capabilities
Improved functionality for Open/Close times
Redesign of notifications and reminders
Improvements to Quickbooks Desktop integration
